Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with our client in Belfast city Centre to recruit for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a Part-Time basis. The successful candidate will be offered a temporary contract of 8 weeks with real potential to extend into a permanent role and also a competitive salary in the region of £19-21,000 per/annum depending on experience.
Duties to include:
* Supporting Finance Manager with acquisition of retail stores
* Liaising with suppliers and acting as point of contact for all queries
* Bank Reconciliation
* Preparation of weekly/monthly reports for management
* Reviewing and processing invoices
* Setting up supplier accounts
* Associated finance and clerical duties
* Previous experience in a similar role essential
* Experience in using SAGE
* Proactive, organised and able to manage own workload
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* Strong IT skills to include intermediate level of Excel
