My Client is looking for a talented experienced Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manager to work in their thriving Members’ clubhouse. Supporting our Bar/Restaurant Manager, you will need to be calm and confident, have the drive to provide great service, be friendly, approachable and extremely presentable.
- Support the Head Steward in the day-to-day running of all the club’s bars & food service areas by providing members, guests and visitors with the highest possible standards of food & beverage service, and ensuring correct procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that all the interior and designated exterior areas of the clubhouse are presented and maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
- Leading by example, coach and train all bar staff to ensure the traditional clubhouse service standards are maintained and where possible exceeded.
- Take joint responsibility for the care, custody and control of all bar stock, equipment and monies, ensuring their physical security and accountability.
Excellent English skills both written and verbal required, along with the ability to perform the normal range of back office administration. Confidence with Microsoft Office is an advantage. You will work shifts averaging 40hrs per week, 5 days out of 7.
