This position is perfect for fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals who are looking for a new experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers and associates who will reach out to you via phone (70%) and email (30%)
• Develop positive relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service
• Use bespoke IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries
• Assist new customers with their enquiries and setting up accounts
• Process and complete administration of payments

We are looking for:

• English, Italian and Spanish at least C1 level
• Great communication skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• Candidates who can work in the UK without a visa

Our client offers:

• £20,000 – £21,500 gross, £16,767 – £17,787 nett/year (depending on the shift pattern, see below)
• £500 bonus every 6 months and a promotion to a senior position after 18 months
