Monday to Friday, Salary - £25,670 - £30,200 per annum (£13.71 per hour - £16.13 per hour)

Manage a team of caretakers, estate services operatives and where required retirement cleaners, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and security on estates.
To identify training needs and action appropriate training.
To ensure that all staff are effectively inducted into the Group.
To ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and legislation.
To ensure Risk Assessments are completed in line with the Group’s policy.
Ensure team are fully aware of the Risk Assessments and Safe working practices and know how to report all accidents and incidents
Follow gritting policy in times of snow and icy conditions ensuring that staff are able to carry out these tasks safely.
Report any apparent breaches of tenancy agreements to Neighbourhood Housing Officers including: noise, nuisance, illegal sub-letting, uncontrolled pets, fly tipping and abandoned vehicles etc.
Act as point of contact for residents and as a link with office based colleagues.
Ensure regular estate inspections with Tenancy Team are attended and issues highlighted are resolved.
Ensure Contact Manager tasks are acted upon within pre-determined deadlines and in line with the Groups policy.
Demonstrate a commitment to environmentally friendly practices in line with the organisation’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy and relevant legislation.
Experience and pre-qualification criteria
Knowledge of EPA standards
Knowledge of COSHH regulations and health and safety standards.
Knowledge of BICSc.
Planning and organisation skills with the ability to problem solve.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience of working with the public.
Committed to resident participation.
Able to work closely with others to achieve results.
Flexible and able to carry out a varied range of duties.
Applicants must hold a full valid UK driving licence as you will be provided with a company van for work use only.
