International Customer Service – German - Global Business

Reed Warrington are proud to be representing our client, a massively growing, market-leading, multinational business who through to continued global success are recruiting for International Customer Service Advisors. My client is one of the fastest growing online retailers on the planet.

The successful candidates will join a multi-award winning client on a temporary to permanent basis. The team is a vibrant mix of all nationalities and really is a fantastic place to grow and develop.

You will be the voice of my client’s brands and will use a range of communication methods to ensure that wherever possible, customer enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

International Advisors will interact with potential, new and existing customers to provide quality customer service, ensuring that my client’s customers enjoy a positive experience when contacting any of their brands.

The pay rate for this position is starting at £18,000 per annum and is negotiable depending on experience/ability and there is an annual bonus on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have access to a vehicle as the site is not easily accessible (via public transport), however it is around a 1 mile walk from the nearest bus stop and there is full parking on site.

You must be fluent in German both spoken and written to apply for this position.

Please note working hours vary due to shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00) from Monday to Friday.

Duties to include:

• Working within the International Customer Service team responding to customer’s queries via telephone and email
• Responding to queries received via Social Media or Live Chat if required
• Occasional translations may be required
• Ensuring emails are responded within 24 hours

Ideal candidate:

• Fluency in German both written and spoken is essential
• Candidate must also be fluent in English
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Attention to detail
• Excellent listening skills
• Flexible, reliable and trustworthy
• Able to work under pressure
