These are new roles for the organisation and they will be vital to achieve the ambition of growth. Within this role you will process and convert incoming/ outgoing sales leads through all channels, taking payments as required.
Due to the consumer you will be dealing with kind and empathetic people are desired. Duties will include but not be limited to;
-Achieve sales and conversion targets.
-Process payments from customers.
-Efficiently manage the diaries of the field staff.
-Order collateral as required for prospective clients and follow up
-Complete all outbound calls and follow ups in line with current KPIs
Candidates who have previous background in a similar role would be advantageous. It is desired that applicants have experience of working with customers via the telephone, excellent sales conversions and the ability to work to targets.
It is important that candidates can demonstrate good team working skills as well as being able to show they can use their own initiative. Due to the nature of this role anyone who has understanding of medical terminology or has worked within a social care environment would be advantageous.
This role will involve working to a shift pattern so candidates must have a degree of flexibility. Hours will range from Monday to Saturday 8am until 8pm. There will be a ten week shift rota in place so you will be informed as to what hours you will be working with plenty of notice.
