REED is currentl searching for experienced Assistants, who are going to support Management of our client´s entity in Germany. We are looking for a reliable and organized candidate, who is looking for a brand new challenge within an international company, who is a top company in its industry, and speak fluent German. This role is FULL REMOTE with occasional office working, ideal for your work-life balance!
- Administrative and organizational support for the department and its management
- Organizing meetings and coordinating deadlines
- Supporting in the preparation of meetings
- Organizing business trips, booking hotels and other travel arrangements
- Fluent English AND German
- Organizational skills, multitasking
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer affinity, MS office package knowledge, familiar with online communication tools
- Past experience as assistant is an advantage
- Reliability, independence and enthusiasm for the thing
- Positive and "can do" attitude
